MOUNT CARMEL PU COLLEGE, BENGALURU FIRST PU ADMISSION 2026 - 2027 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL IN APPLICATION FORM
Read the following Instructions carefully before filling the Application form:
Fill in the online application form as per the details in the 10th marks card.
Candidates are required to complete by filling the application form in all the fields provided and check properly before submitting it online.
Check the college website on a daily basis for updates until the admission process is completed.
After filling in all the required information, submit it online (ON THE SAME DAY OF THE RESULT) with a payment of Rs. 25/- (Application Fee).
EACH APPLICATION FORM CAN BE USED FOR ONE COMBINATION ONLY. STUDENTS APPLYING FOR MULTIPLE COMBINATIONS HAVE TO DO SO BY SUBMITTING MULTIPLE FORMS.
BRING PRINT OUT OF APPLICATION FORM FOR ALL FURTHER PROCESSES.
KINDLY NOTE DOWN THE APPLICATION FORM NUMBER (FOR FURTHER REFERENCE UNTIL THE ADMISSION PROCESS IS COMPLETED).
APPLICATION FORM WITHOUT RELEVANT DOCUMENTS WILL BE REJECTED. Original documents will be verified at the time of admission. SUBMISSION OF ORIGINAL TRANSFER CERTIFICATE (TC) IS MANDATORY (ON THE DAY OF ADMISSION).
Students are given ONLY PROVISIONAL ADMISSION TO I PU. Admission will be confirmed only if ALL VALID DOCUMENTS are submitted at the time of admission/whenever asked for.
NOTE: In case of any discrepancy with documents at any point of time, right to cancel the allotted seat solely resides with the Management.

List of Enclosures at the time of submission of Application form:
A copy of 10th Std. Marks Card (attested by the school/Computer generated copy).
Photocopy of Aadhar card
Photocopy of Hall Ticket
Transfer Certificate (Original TC). In case the original TC is not issued by the school at the time of submitting application, it must be produced at the time of admission.
Category candidates viz., I, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, SC, ST need to submit latest valid Caste Certificate & Income Certificate. In case of expired caste certificate, candidate has to apply and access a FRESH caste certificate & submit the photocopy of the same.
Roman Catholic candidates have to submit Baptism Certificate & a letter from the Parish Priest (On the church letter head with signature and seal of the Parish Priest).
Other Christians, need to submit a letter from the respective parish priest/pastor.
ICSE/CBSE/Other Boards (Not for Karnataka SSLC Board) have to submit Migration Certificate.
ICSE/CBSE/Other Boards (Not for Karnataka SSLC Board) have to apply for Eligibility Certificate (guidelines will be shared).
IGCSE students, need to produce an eligibility certificate from Department of School Education before seeking admission.
Latest photograph (Passport and stamp size) of student (not in uniform/no sleeveless/head should not be covered, background should be white with light coloured modest outfit). It is mandatory to have photograph with the mentioned specifications.
IN CASE, THE PHOTOGRAPH DOES NOT MATCH WITH
THIS SPECIFICATION, THEN THE SEAT ALLOTED STAYS CANCELLED. SO BE ALERT TO FOLLOW THIS
INSTRUCTION.
Kindly share accurate mobile number(s) and email ID of parent while filling the form.
THE NAME OF FATHER & MOTHER THAT IS PRINTED ON 10TH STD. MARKS CARD (OF ALL BOARDS)
WILL BE CONSIDERED IN ALL DOCUMENTS OF PU AND THE SAME WILL BE FOLLOWED. IN CASE OF
ANY CHANGES, (ACCORDING TO THE BOARD INSTRUCTIONS) CORRECTION HAS TO FEATURE IN THE
10TH STD. MARKS CARD AND ONLY THEN IT CAN BE INCORPORATED. ALL OF THIS PLAYS A VITAL
ROLE IN DOCUMENTATION AT COLLEGE AND FOR HIGHER STUDIES OF THE STUDENTS.
Students should have a Savings Bank account preferably in UCO Bank at Mount Carmel PU College Premises.
All admission related correspondence will be done through the given Email ID/Contact No./through notification on the website. (ANY ONE OF THESE ONLY) BE ALERT!
In addition, college website and the notice board on campus will be means of sharing admission related information. The website and the notice board on campus should be checked periodically.

THE COLLEGE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF THE STUDENT/PARENT FAILS TO PROVIDE ADMISSION RELATED INFORMATION ON TIME. THE ALLOTTED SEAT WILL NOT BE RESERVED.
No Original document should be submitted with the application form to the college during Admission other than TC. The college will not be responsible for the same.
All Original documents will be verified during admission and ONLY ORIGINAL TC will be taken during admission.
THE COLLEGE PROVIDES PROVISIONAL ADMISSION UNTIL ALL DOCUMENTS ARE THOROUGHLY VERIFIED & ORIGINAL TC IS SUBMITTED.
